Following the continuing developments in the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken the difficult decision to cancel this year’s festival.
With everything going on in the world right now, we know this is the right thing to do. The safety of the audience, artists, crew and wider community has to come first. Y Not Festival draws on the expertise of many fantastic people across many services from emergency planning to medical professionals. These people are going to be needed both locally and nationally, now, and in the summer more than ever. We do not want to put additional pressure on the health and emergency
services at this time.
Y Not is a labour of love and being unable to share it with you this year is
heartbreaking. But our focus now should be on compassion, unity and getting through this together.
We have two options available to our existing festival-goers:
Option 1 – Swap your ticket for a 2021 ticket and receive a free early entry pass for Thursday 2021.Already have an early entry pass? You guys get a free VIP upgrade!
Already have both? How about free parking?
Every person who rolls their ticket over to 2021 is not only helping to ensure the survival of the festival and making sure that 2021 will be a year to remember, they will also be entered into a free prize draw for one of our luxury cabins for the 2021 event; with a roof terrace and BBQ for you and your friends.
Option 2 – Full refund – *Please note all refunds must be claimed within 4 weeks or the ticket will automatically be changed to a 2021 ticket as explained above
