The headliner finishes on the main stage around 11pm each day.
Yes – anyone can leave and come back as they wish, however, you can only bring alcohol into the campsites on your first entry. Re-entry with alcohol is not permitted. If you are planning on driving to and from the event each day please keep hold of your parking ticket to show as proof of purchase. Please also remember to keep your wristband on!

Alcohol brought to the festival must comply with event regulations, anyone aged 18 and over can bring in limited amounts and types of alcohol. You may be asked for proof of age. Strictly no glass is permitted.
Alcohol will only be permitted on first entry to the campsite. You will not be able to exit and re-enter with more alcohol.
Personal Alcohol cannot be brought into the Arena, it will be on sale at Festival Bars subject to ‘Challenge 25’ ID policy.

The ticket tiers are simply different prices and they do not grant you any different access. The only tickets that get you upgraded access are the upgrade tickets such as Paradise Peaks & Premium Glamping!
Lost property can be found in the Village green area at the Info point. Please report lost items or found items there. For lost property enquiries post event please fill out THIS form
Festival-goers will not be permitted to bring professional cameras to the festival. Standard compact cameras will be permitted for personal use, though festival-goers will not be able to bring in cameras with either interchangeable lenses or a lens longer than 6 inches. Any camera with a removable lens or a zoom 3x or greater will be deemed to be professional cameras and will not be permitted. Professional photographers and videographers must apply for press accreditation prior to the event.
Gazebo’s will not be allowed at this years event as they pose a threat to health and safety in high winds & take up too much space campsites.
To enter the family campsite you require a family wristband. These are at no extra cost, just specify your ticket type when purchasing your festival tickets. If you have already bought tickets and wish to change them please get in touch with See Tickets. Please note that there won’t be an opportunity to change ticket types on the day of the festival.
If you are under 16 then you will not be allowed entry into the festival without a responsible adult (21+). The safety of minors is extremely important to us, so these conditions are fully enforced.
If you are aged 16-18 and planning to come to the festival alone please ensure you bring one of the approved forms of identification. Acceptable forms of identification for 16 year olds are BLine cards, passports and Citizenship cards.
We do not sell day tickets, only full weekend.
Yes. All tickets include Weekend Camping.
Unless you have purchased Glamping, a Pre-Pitched Tent or a Live-In Vehicle pass you will need to bring your own tent.
It is not permitted to take alcohol into the arena from the campsites, but you can take in empty or sealed water bottles.

Yes you will need to book your children’s tickets in advance, we have two different age groups with varying prices depending on that as well as whether you select Paradise Peaks or Thursday as extras also.
Yes, parking passes are £25 in advance (on-the-day cost will be greater).
You’ll need one parking pass per vehicle, and the pass covers you for the whole weekend!
Live-in Vehicle pitches are sized 7x7m maximum. You can have one tent or awning alongside your live-in vehicle for guests providing this fits in your 7x7m pitch. There are no height restrictions to enter the Live In Vehicles campsites however please be aware that the road leading to the Live-In field has an 11ft max height bridge. If your Campervan is larger than 11ft you will need to plan to head for Parwich village & once there enter the post code DE4 2PR. From Parwich, ensure you approach site via Backhill Lane and Parwich.
The glamping field features hot showers, it’s own toilets, and a pamper area (bring your own pampering things!)
